About the event
The Singing Bowl: Miss Maggie will be immersing you in a sound healing experience, and guiding a mindfulness/meditation session. You will have the opportunity to really let go and have your mind be free from the distractions of everyday life.
Janelle Wellness: Janelle will be providing Reiki & Aroma Therapy. You will take part in a reiki session and discover the beauty of aromas and their positive effects, leaving you with a balanced mind, body, and soul.
Newfound Awakening Opus: Justin is a Mens’ Work Facilitator and Sacred Plant Medicine Practitioner. He will take you on a unique spiritual journey. This is about honoring the wisdom of plants and all that nature offers to assist us as we heal and grow through life experiences.
Event includes:
- Supper on Thursday.
- Breakfast, lunch, and supper on Friday and Saturday.
- Breakfast on Sunday.

This ticket is for ONE (1) room accommodation only, at Mindful Manor, for the duration of the Raise & Release Three-day event. Up to TWO (2) persons per room accommodation is allowed. The event is a separate cost. Each person must purchase an "Early Bird Event Access" ticket or "Event Access" ticket in order to gain access to event and the meals that are included in the event.
