Sound Bath at a Brewery

A Sound Bath experience guides you into a meditative state with gongs, singing bowls, and accessory instruments to bathe you in healing vibrational sounds.

A full self-care experience. A guided meditiaion and immersive sounds to facilitate rest, release, clarity, and your highest good.

This class will be guided by The Singing Bowl who will assist you in reaching the theta state (in between dreaming and awakeness) and guide you to full relaxation.

Enjoy a beer after class and share your experiences or simply relax and enjoy.

The Singing Bowl was founded by Meghan, a local sound practitioner/healer who recently arrived from Newfoundland. She specializes in creating a community of healers and helping clients release stress and calm the nervous system, find clarity, take action and transform. All while inspiring the spirit of sisu of unwavering resilience in the face of challenges. 

Things to know

• Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in
• This is a laying down experience.  Make sure to create you most comfortable space
• Comfy suggestions: Blanket, yoga mat, pillows, water
• Wear comfy clothes so you can relax
